  • Inspect items thoroughly before bidding begins.
  • If you are bidding, you must be registered with the cashier.


  • Driver License or Cash Deposit of $25.00 is required to obtain a bid card.


  • All items must be paid for in full on the date of the sale.


  • Items purchased must be taken with you, or you must make arrangements to have the items removed within 24 hours.


  • A Buyers Premium of 15% will be added to the purchase price and sales tax will be collected on this amount.


  • All sales are final.
